Utah District to host

The Utah District round of the Metropolitan Opera Eric and Dominque Laffont Competition is supported in part by the Salt Lake City Arts Council, Utah Arts & Museums and the Utah State Legislature through Utah Arts & Museums, the residents of Salt Lake County through the Zoo, Arts & Parks (ZAP) Program and the University of Utah School of Music.
Announcement of 2021-22 winners will take place in the concert hall at approximately 3:30p.m.
Audience members and competitors are invited to enjoy a performance by former Utah District winner soprano Celena Shafer while the judges deliberate.
